TheirLife is a service for creating and sharing pages that keep someone's memory alive. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are younger. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use TheirLife responsibly and in the spirit it was intended.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to TheirLife, including photos, videos, and written memories. By posting content you grant TheirLife a licence to store, display, and share it as part of the page you have created or contributed to. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal. You must not impersonate any person or organisation, use TheirLife for commercial solicitation without our permission, or attempt to scrape or extract data from the platform by automated means. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

Pages are created by and for families and friends as lasting tributes. TheirLife may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or that we determine to be inappropriate. We will always aim to act with sensitivity and to notify page administrators where possible before taking action.

The Legacy plan is billed on a yearly basis. Your subscription will renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis at our discretion. If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at hello@theirlife.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

TheirLife is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of content posted by users. The service is provided on an as is basis and we make no warranties about its availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of TheirLife is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. We will notify users of any significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the site. Continuing to use TheirLife after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
